Job Description

At this time, we are seeking part-time to full-time clinicians for an independent contractor position. We are a small private practice who has been steadily growing since 2016. We pride ourselves in our welcoming, professional yet easy-going work atmosphere. The ideal applicant will have experience and expertise in DBT, ACT, CBT, anxiety, trauma, depression, and mindfulness. Organization, timeliness, independence, and appropriate record keeping are necessary for this position. This position offers flexibility in schedule in which the clinician can make their own schedule each week. We offer competitive pay and potential to earn more with a full time caseload. Caseloads will build fastest for those who have some evening and/or weekend availability. In person or telehealth counseling positions are open at this time. Qualifications

  • Education: Successful completion of a Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, professional counseling, or related degree.

  • License: Fully independent licensed clinicians (LISW, LPCC, LIMFT) only.

  • Job Type: Contract, Full-time, Part-time

  • Pay: $60.00 - $77.00 per hour; 65/35 split for up to 99 clients seen per month. For 100 more completed client sessions per month, percentage split increases to 70/30.

  • Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
