Process
Booking an appointment is easy! Simply call, text, email, or complete the short form below. For a fastest response time, please complete the form below or email us at sarahmckayllc@gmail.com. We respond to all request forms usually within a few hours. If you do not see our response in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Have Questions? No problem! We are here to answer any questions you may have prior to scheduling a session with us or you can request a 10 to 15 minute consultation call with a potential counselor prior to making a decision.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must occur within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We do charge a full session fee ($100) if you do not cancel within this time frame or are a no call-no show. Insurance does not cover the cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen and are willing to work with you in these cases in which rescheduling within 7 days is recommended.
